Applied EV is established and commences the development of Digital Backbone and Blanc Robot projects.

2016
July
Applied EV develops key partnerships

Partner with the University of Sydney, Australian Centre for Field Robotics (ACFR) to develop autonomous industrial vehicles.

2019
December
Development agreement with Teijin

Achieved development agreement with Teijin to develop zero-emission low­-speed electric vehicles.

AEV's launches Blanc Robot at CES

AEV's blanc robot Gen IV is launched at the Las Vegas CES 2019

February
Began working with Ibeo

Cooperation agreement with lbeo — a leading German LiDAR producer, to integrate technologies.

2021
June
Platform integration with new partners

MoU with Oxbotica to integrate the Blanc Robot platform with Oxbotica's autonomous driving systems capability.

October
Applied EV is unveiled in Germany

Blanc Robot makes its German debut at ITS Hamburg as an Applied EV partner with lbeo. Applied EV's Blanc Robot, Digital Back Bone and lbeo's sensory technology are combined for commercialisation in Germany.

Suzuki partnership

Applied EV strikes up a strategic partnership with Suzuki to help create a new fleet of electronic vehicles.

Gen 6 Digital Backbone™ launch at CES
